Sin-Jin Smyth Synopsis

Post-production - Every Halloween at midnight, the devil simultaneously appears in two places, the high plains of India and...a quiet cemetery in Kansas. On November 2nd 'The Day of the Dead' two Federal Marshals report to the town of Shin Bone, Kansas (moments before a tornado warning) to transport a prisoner with no past and no identity. He is known simply as...Sin-Jin Smyth!

Sin-Jin Smyth Brief Review

This film which combines elements of the horror, thriller and action genres, is getting very good pre-release reviews. Kevin Gage plays "Special Agent Dax," described as the station's "interrogation specialist," with an affinity for sledgehammers. Dax boasts eight years in the Middle East with the Army Rangers, follwed by a dishonorable discharge for striking an officer.

Filming ended in late 2005 but the release date is still unknown.

Reluctant reviewer of a pre-release copy (still in editing process) finds that the film greatly exceeds his expectations. The extensive article discusses the filming, plot, acting ("these actors play the parts a little too well ... I got the feeling ... that these were very bad people and therefore, I couldn't wait for them to leave the screen"), and obstacles in the way of its release.
